Two years ago we shared our 4 ingredient wholesome banana bread recipe and many recreated it and told us how impressed they were with the results. We didn’t think we could triumph over this deliciously moist banana bread, but we have, as we’ve found an even quicker way to bake a delicious bread that’s squid, sweet and moreish.

That’s not all! This banana bread mix is free from the top 14 allergens, Julianne Ponan, the CEO of Creative Nature, created the bread mix with her partner Matt Ford after a lifetime of avoiding delicious foods due to a life threatening allergy to nuts and seeds. She was keen to bring to the market foods that are delicious without doubt, allowing those with allergies to benefit from tasty treats without having to scrutinise the ingredients list. This banana bread is vegan, wheat free and nut free and ideal as part of a plant based diet. With so many ingredients missing, some may wonder how it holds up as a popular afternoon tea cake but it does and it’s scrumptious!
