Ingredients
- 4 fillets sea bass fresh
- 250 g prawns peeled
- pinch sea salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp onion grated
- 3 tbsp oil vegetable
- 1 large onion cut into rings
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 360 ml water
- 1 pepper green
- 1 pepper red
- 2 tomatoes seeded and sliced
- 1/2 bunch spring onions chopped
- 1 bunch coriander fresh
Instructions

Wash fish under running water and pat dry. Season with salt, garlic and lime juice and marinate for 30 minutes

Add the olive oil to a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the grated onion and cook for a few second

Add the fish and prawns along with the marinade to the pan and cook for a few minutes

Add the oil, onion slices, coconut milk and water; simmer for about 15 minutes

Add the peppers, tomatoes, coriander and spring onions; cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with white, brown or coconut rice.
